Unlocking Universal Tower Defense's Secrets: A Guide to Jinoo, Ragna, and Lelouch

Secret Unit 1: Jinoo (Sung Jin Woo)

Jinoo, the protagonist from Solo Leveling, is arguably the most 'casual' secret unit to obtain in Universal Tower Defense. You can acquire him directly from the Special Banner in the Summoning area. However, there's a catch: you must be at least Level 10 in the game to even have a chance.

Once you meet the level requirement, head to the Summoning banner, check the index, and you'll find Jinoo listed with a minuscule 0.000625% chance of dropping. Good luck with your pulls!

Jinoo's Evolution

Evolving Jinoo is surprisingly one of the simplest processes among the secret units. To evolve him to 'Jinoo (Monarch)', you'll need two 'Demon King's Daggers' (Secret rarity) and one 'Shadow Token Mythic'.

The best part is that these items are craftable, meaning you don't have to rely on rare drops from specific missions. Just gather the crafting materials, and you're all set to power up your Monarch.

Secret Unit 2: Ragna (Dragon Guy)

Ragna, the powerful dragon slayer, is obtained through a more direct, yet challenging, route. Navigate to the main 'Play' area and then proceed to the 'Special' portal located to your left. Once inside, you'll need to enter the 'Featured Challenge' section.

Look for 'Act 1 Frozen Stronghold: The Hunt'. This is where Ragna can be found. The challenge requires strategic planning and strong units to complete successfully.

Ragna's Challenge and Drop Rate

The 'Frozen Stronghold' challenge itself is quite difficult, so it's highly recommended to tackle it with a team or ensure your units are powerful enough to solo. The boss has a substantial health pool, requiring strategic placement and strong DPS.

Ragna has a 2% drop chance from this challenge, but if luck isn't on your side, there's a pity system that guarantees him after 75 successful runs. Unlike other units, Ragna's evolution items are standard, requiring generic materials rather than specific rare drops.

Secret Unit 3: Lelouch (Big Bro)

Lelouch, a character inspired by Code Geass, presents the most intricate and time-consuming acquisition questline in Universal Tower Defense. This epic quest, titled 'Power Of Kings!', is found under the 'Personal' tab in your 'Quests' menu.

This questline is designed for dedicated players who are willing to invest significant time and effort into obtaining one of the game's most powerful support units.

Lelouch Questline: Part 1 - Level 30 & Mysterious Witch

The very first requirement for the 'Power Of Kings!' questline is to reach Level 30. Once you hit this milestone, claim the quest reward and seek out the 'Mysterious Witch' NPC in the lobby. She's usually positioned on a wall or elevated structure.

Engaging in dialogue with her will unlock the next crucial step of the quest. This NPC serves as your guide throughout the entire Lelouch acquisition process.

Lelouch Questline: Part 2 - Distressed Subject & Chess Game

The Mysterious Witch will inform you about a 'distressed subject' needing help somewhere in the lobby. This 'subject' is one of several NPCs (e.g., Shanks, Kakashi, Zoro, Kid Naruto, Luffy, Gin, or Rukiya) scattered around the map.

You need to identify the correct NPC, who will have a distinctive red, glowing Code Geass-like symbol above their head. Speak to them and accept their quest. This quest will then direct you to a specific stage to find a 'board game.'

Lelouch Questline: Part 3 - The Chess Challenge

Upon entering the designated stage, you must locate a hidden chessboard. These chessboards can be found in various spots on the map, often tucked away in corners or behind structures. Interacting with the chessboard initiates a chess game!

You must play and win this chess game. The moves are randomized, meaning you can't rely on a fixed solution. If you lose, you can restart the mission and try again. Successfully winning the chess game is a major hurdle in Lelouch's quest.

Lelouch Questline: Part 4 - Endurance Trials

After conquering the chessboard, return to the lobby, claim your quest reward, and speak to the Mysterious Witch again. She will congratulate you, hinting that 'he trusts you enough to join you.' However, you're not done yet!

The quest continues with a series of endurance trials: first, 'Complete 80 waves in a single gamemode'. This can be done in any infinite or long-wave game mode, such as the Ninja Forest infinite map.

Lelouch Questline: Part 5 - Final Steps

Once the 80 waves are complete, the next task is to 'Kill 15 Boss enemies'. After dispatching the required number of bosses, prepare for a grind: 'Upgrade any relic 75 times'. This particular step can be gold-intensive and might require some AFK grinding or strategic relic management.

Finally, the ultimate step is to 'Place any unit 5,000 times in any game mode'. This cumulative task can be passively achieved by simply playing the game over time or by strategically spamming low-cost units. Upon completing this final monstrous task, Lelouch (Big Bro) will be yours!
